The breakfast spread was one of the best I've seen at a hotel. Charged us extra for early check-in, which was frustrating. Great location near several attractions and not far from a golf course. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed at times.

The rooftop pool was a nice touch for relaxing after exploring. We did have issues with the elevators being slow, especially during busy hours. Enjoyed the happy hour and proximity to restaurants. The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

Room service was prompt and super friendly. Pool area was nice and the gym had all needed equipment.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Great location and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast options were limited and not very warm.

Clean rooms with stunning views. The staff, especially Engy Ibrahim, demonstrated professionalism amid a busy concert weekend. Breakfast exceeded expectations—great way to gear up for the day. there were notable downsides. Soundproofing could be significantly improved; I heard shades moving and doors opening late into the night. Maintenance is needed—missing tiles, broken light fixtures, and a lack of regular room cleaning were concerning. The pool was smaller and dirtier than advertised, and parking fees are steep. Despite some shortcomings, the location and staff made for a worthwhile stay. Just be prepared for a few inconveniences. Would recommend, but with caution.

The full kitchen was a game changer for late-night snacks. The free shuttle service to downtown is a lifesaver and the neighborhood is super peaceful.
The washer and dryer room could really use a facelift.

The room was spacious and clean, accommodating our family of five comfortably. The beds were plush, with good-quality linens and towels that enhanced our sleep experience. The bathroom was large and well-maintained, but we faced minor issues like a broken toilet roll holder. Amenities were decent, with a nice shower. Noise was a concern. Sounds from adjacent rooms and the hallway disrupted our sleep. Soundproofing could definitely improve. the lack of parking details added unexpected fees. Despite these flaws, the room's layout and cleanliness made for a pleasant stay.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff’s friendly assistance stood out, especially when they recommended a fantastic nearby restaurant for whiskey tasting. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious options, but items frequently ran out too early. The room had cleanliness issues – we found an old Vaseline bottle and had to chase housekeeping for basic supplies. The hallway carpets were trip hazards, and then there’s the mystery of the non-existent happy hour. For the price, I expected more attention to detail and better service. It felt less family-friendly with a business vibe dominating.

I had a rough time there—housekeeping never came to our room. We had to take out our own trash and call for fresh towels. It felt so frustrating, especially with the stinky garbage piling up! Not cool at all.

Hyatt House Nashville At Vanderbilt offers an ideal spot, just a short shuttle ride away from Music Row and Broadway. The friendly staff and convenient breakfast added to our delightful stay. A secured parking garage provided peace of mind, making it a fantastic choice for visitors.

I absolutely loved how close this hotel was to so many amazing spots – just a short stroll to Vanderbilt University and only a bit over a kilometer to the lively downtown area full of restaurants, bars, and entertainment like the Bridgestone Arena and Country Music Hall of Fame, making it perfect for weekend explorers like me; plus, the hotel itself offered a clean room and the option to take breakfast back to our room, which was really convenient for our schedule, but I wish the breakfast quality could have matched the fantastic nearby eateries.

Great location near lots of places to eat and shop. Room was decent-sized and comfy, plus the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast options were decent, and the staff was super friendly. Just wish the shuttle ran later on weekends, plus parking fees were a bit steep at $33 a night.

Stayed near a famous university, only a short walk to downtown taverns and cozy places to eat. Loved the spacious room with a full kitchen - made breakfast a breeze. The staff was super kind and accommodating, making our visit a breeze.
A bit of a wait upon arrival, and our room wasn't ready right away. Noise from neighboring rooms could get a bit loud at night.

We hit up those famous honky tonks and jammed out at Ryman Auditorium - total vibes! Plus, the Country Music Hall of Fame was epic! The staff was chill, the beds were cozy, and we felt super safe. Def coming back!
Yo, only thing missing was a rad rooftop bar or party spot at the hotel. Would've been sick to have a cool hangout spot for us young peeps to chill and mingle after hitting the town.

Upon check-in at Hyatt House, we were disappointed to find that our room wasn't ready, and we had to wait for an hour before we could settle in. The staff seemed unprepared and not as welcoming as we had hoped. the location was convenient, and the room itself was clean and spacious. One of the highlights was the comfortable beds, but personally, I found them a bit too soft for my liking. The breakfast offered was good, although I was unsure about the cleanliness of the shower stall. It was surprising that our room wasn't cleaned daily, but I appreciated the thought behind minimizing germ exposure. one major issue was the housekeeping service. They never came to clean our room during our entire stay, and we had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries multiple times. It was disappointing to have to take out our own trash and request basic amenities like toilet paper and trash bags repeatedly. we were misled about the hotel amenities, as they advertised a free shuttle service that wasn't actually available. This caused inconvenience as we had to walk to our destinations. The breakfast experience was also lacking, with items running out before the designated closing time and not being replenished promptly. while there were some positives like the location and comfortable beds, the lack of proper housekeeping and misleading information about amenities were major drawbacks that affected our stay at Hyatt House. The hotel could significantly improve by addressing these issues.

I indulged in a buffet of hot breakfast selections at the restaurant and enjoyed a comfortable room with a fitness centre. The H Market's snacks were a lifesaver for my midnight cravings.

Great location downtown with convenient parking options. The room was clean and the breakfast offerings were satisfying, with the option to take food back to the room. The pool area was a nice bonus for relaxation.
The staff seemed inconsistent in their information and service quality. Some maintenance issues like broken blackout blinds were not effectively addressed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nashville close to Vanderbilt University, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've had in the past 5 years. The staff, particularly Megan at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with great views of the downtown area and plenty of nearby restaurants and bars to explore.
One small issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the hallways and the broken window shades in my room. However, given the late hour of my arrival and exhaustion from traveling with young children, I decided to overlook these minor inconveniences.

The hotel's convenient location near these iconic Nashville landmarks made our family trip truly unforgettable.
My wife says that a children's play area would improve the family experience.

There was nothing I didn't like 😊
